Interviewee: I believe trust management is the essential aspect of any organization. It leads to fairness and promotes innovations in the organization.
Workplace culture can be referred to as the behavior of the workers in the organization. The culture of an organization can explain the behavior and approaches they have towards different things and customers. The goal and strategies of the organization can as well be achieved through ethical organizational culture like innovation and trustworthiness (Lyyra, Roos, and Suominen, 2021). The behavior is essential as it determines the growth of the organization. When trust is a pillar to the organization, people can work together efficiently. The culture of the organization is critical. The behavior of people can as well promote innovation in the organization.
Strengths and Professional Goals
Interviewer: What are your personal goals and challenges related to personal goals as a leader?
Interviewee: I feel leadership has been my passion and I feel fulfilled when leading. The greatest challenge is I get impatient with people who are never severe working towards your goals. My goals have always been to lead by example, and I want to be a role model and mentor more people into leadership.
As a leader, the most important thing is to have goals and virtues. Leading by example is an essential part of any leader. Leadership can be challenging at times, but how well you manage the shortcomings describes how good of a leader you are. Leadership skills are essential, and learning by the day makes it more accessible. Patience and an important part that each leader should practice and live according to the goals and strategies for the good of the organization.

Interviewee: one of my best theories is the grand man theory. I greatly believe leaders are born, not created. Another approach that is highly related to is the trait theory. A leader can be seen from a mile away. The traits are essential and can define the difference between a leader’s qualities in a person.
Leadership theories help us understand more about the best qualities we get from the leader. We can quickly tell a good leader from a bad leader. The grand man theory, for instance, explains that a good leader is born (Hansbrough et al. 2020). The traits of a good leader, like intelligence, are inborn and hence making a good leader. The trait theory explains that qualities in a person can clarify if they can make a good leader or not. Some leaders have been made, and hence they always have faults, or their projects may fail one or more times.

Interviewer: How does your leadership affect your staff?
Interviewee: employee performance is highly related to the type of leadership. For me, I try all I can to ensure that my employees trust me. This way, they can report anything in the organization, and the bad things can be corrected instantly. This can as well lead to the staff being more productive over time.
As a leader, it is essential to be always on good terms with the employees. Leading by example is an excellent start for any leader. Trust is a leading factor of any leader towards his employees. This will promote a good relationship between them and hence a good working environment. Leading by example and providing a listening ear is very important for any leader, and this will always impact the staff positively.
Interviewer: What is your approach to decision-making?
Interviewee: decision making is a critical skill that I, as a leader l need. It requires a lot of intelligence. I like reasoning; it may seem obvious, but listening to both sides of the story and making a decision involves a lot of intelligence and critical sense. Emotional intelligence is also an important part; it helps me make informed choices without being biased in terms of emotions.
Problem-solving skills are essential for any leader as it helps in making decisions. A leader can, at times, be forced to push hard and critical decisions regarding the conflict in the organization, so problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence skills are essential in such a scenario (Richards, 2021). A leader should also have the capacity to think critically and be insane mind as leadership is never easy.
Interviewer: What is your plan for growth and next steps?
Interviewee: growth to me is moving from a level to another. Impacting people’s lives is the step I want to take. The credit and merit I get for good leadership is a direction I want t take forever. I like changing my leadership locations to experience more from different people and get more skilled.
The capacity of any individual to perform better and lead better is leadership growth. Any leader will focus on development, and this can only be done by ensuring that they face more and more challenges. The aspect of trying to cope and fight the challenges will lead to the growth of the leader. Gaining more skills and experience for any leader is very important.
