The selected article title is “The Change in Management Style during a Project from the Classical to Agile Approach.” The article was written by the authors, namely Branislav Gables, Eugen Ruzicky, and Martina Ondrouchowa, who published it in 2018. The article tries to shed light on changing the management style in the middle of a project and how the changes seem to affect most business enterprises. According to Gablas et al. (2018), two common management styles are used in most projects, namely classical and agile. Therefore, switching the management styles requires a deeper consideration not to affect the project at large. The paper aims to test the possibility of changing management styles to determine how to implement projects.

Even though the research revealed that the agile management style is typical for software innovation in future projects, the agile approach should be part of creative project management. The authors could not clarify if there were a possibility for a change of management style to be conducted in the middle of the projects since the results obtained were partly in support of the change and partly not for the idea. Changing the management styles remains debatable in the existing research fields.
